my dad goes through points in his life where he becomes and expert on something crafty (i don't know ANYONE like that, how is he even my father). first he decided that he needed to use chalk pastels to draw ridiculously amazing things. those are hanging on most of our walls. then he became master plasterer and re-plastered all the walls in our house (dry-wall be damned). next he decided to learn how to do stained glass. aside from my lead poisoning worries for him, he did fantastic at that as well. the latest is baking bread without a bread maker, that's cheating. lucky US!

so far his need to craft has really worked out for me.
what's next for pop? raising chickens. for real... they come april 19th. baby chicks peep! i can't wait.

yeah dude, i don't anyone like your pop. that time you read a book, bought a sewing machine, and opened a thriving etsy shop within like a four day span was a complete coincidence fo sho.
my parents are pretty useless when it comes to me benefiting from them in any way. please mail me some bread and one baby chick at your earliest convenience.

All of those look professional. I would take up bread making, but it would be a fast track to obesity pour moi.

you are the naturally talented. I can bake....I've only baked bread a few times without a breadmaker. It has turned out. But those pics put me to shame.
I'd be on the next flight if there was a picture of baked pretzels. mmmm

he made pretzels a while back. i couldn't control myself, we had to ask him to never make those again.
i'm worried about packing bread and the chick, leash... i think one will likely eat the other.

I love breads. Whenever I get pregnant, I eat and eat a LOT of them to the point that my babies get really big. My first was 8 pounds 6 ounces while my second was 7 pounds 15 ounces, they were huge babies isn't it? I am 5 feet tall only, so they are really big for my size! http://www.sinanitos.com
